Very happy with the purchase, bamboo tabletop feels and looks solid.
Highly recommend especially for those who spend most of their time at their computer and looking for a desk which provide different height settings. The build is sturdy and reliable. I’m able to place a decent amount of items on the desk and the motor is still able to elevate itself freely without issues. Would be recommending to friends who are in the market for a standing desk.
I purchased an Entry model with hardwood top. Great product. I like it. Great size for my home office. The movement of the desk top is smooth. Holes were already drilled under the desk top for easy assembly. The assembly video is quite clear, though it did take some effort to put things together. The team is quick in response. I would like to give it a 5 star. However 2 stars are taken away due to the lousy delivery experience. I received a sms from the delivery company that the desk would be delivered on a particular day. It did not come on that day or the next few days. I had to follow up and it finally arrived, after more than a week. The twist was, only 1 out of the 2 missing pieces of parcel came. I needed to follow up again. A few days later I received the 2nd delivery. This time the second piece arrived. What about the third piece? I needed to follow up again. The third piece finally came, when I was away on a trip. The piece weighed about 20kg, and I had to ask my neighbour for a favor to pick up that heavy piece and kept it in their house until I came back from my trip. Another annoying part is that the delivery was updated to 'delivered' status after each delivery. I guess I would never receive the missing pieces should I have not followed up. It is a pity that the whole customer experience is discounted by the mess of a third party company.
